What We’ve Been Up To
Pop!Pop!Pop! debuted to enthusiastic crowds over two days in April 2023 at the Sheldon Concert Hall. The performance featured special guest vocalist, Erin Bode, to perform the songs of one of the great songwriters of the early 20th century, Jerome Kern
In June the orchestra was featured on a new record, Duets With Dad from renowned soul singer Brian Owens and his father Thomas. The father-son duo performed on NBC's Today Show with the talented strings of Pop!Pop!Pop! prominently featured in the mix.
Also in June, the orchestra packed the Touhill for a Father's Day Show featuring the music form Duets With Dad and backed the legendary "Hi Rhythm Section" - best known for their classic 1970s recordings with Al Green.

Pop!Pop!Pop! was formed in early 2023 by music director Adam Maness with the mission of spreading the incredible music, stories, and artistry of the greatest songwriters in history via the most iconic medium: the orchestra.
